On September 15th of the year they announced it, they reached 300 million users, and on December 2nd already had more than 350 million. In September 2011 there were over 800 million users.
Facebook has around 900 million registered users around the world. It is the most popular page for uploading photos,with statistics of more than 83 million photos uploaded daily.
